Today I took Zach skiing to Wachusett Mountain in Princeton, MA. We had an AMAZING day! It was roughly 32 degrees. Despite a windchill in the teens in the morning, we were bundled up enough to stay warm. The snow was in great shape and there were only a few people on the entire mountain! He and I spent the majority of the day there and it was just a great time together. He did great! Only his second time out, he was skiing top to bottom (on green circles) on his own, making full turns all the way down. We spent the day laughing, cheering, and just plain enjoying our time together. It was everything a father and son ski day should be! I think it was one of my best days ever!
Check out a couple of the pictures in the album taken with our compact camera...

I love living in New England, but especially in the fall! The colors are so vibrant, the air is just the right amount of "crispness", and there's plenty to do for our family's outdoor adventures. Take a glimpse at how we spent our month of October.
